Measures to improve the precision of machined parts
(1)In order to guarantee the precision of machined parts, rough and finish machining is preferably carried out separately. Because when doing rough machining,It cuts a lot of materials,also cutting force and clamping force suffered by workpiece is big,large amount of heat is generated, and workpiece machined surface have a significant hardening phenomenon.There is a big internal stress inside the workpiece, if rough and finish machining processing continuously, then after finishing precision parts,the precision will quickly loose because of the redistribution of stress,it is especially common on plastic machining parts. For some mechanical parts requiring high precision machining accuracy,it's better to do a low-temperature annealing or aging treatment steps before precision machining to eliminate the internal stress
(2) reasonably selection of equipment.Rough machining is to cut off most of the major allowance and does not require high precision tolerance, so rough machining is better to be done on larger power and relatively lower precision accuracy machines,while finishing machining is required with high precision machining centers.Doing the rough and finish machining on separate machines,It's not only can take full use of equipment capacity, but also can extend the life of precision machine tools.
