Wharbo precision is an ISO 9001-2008 certified company,We implement a scientific and strict quality control system,from incoming materials to final packing,every step is carefully and strictly inspected before to the next step,the parts are inspected every half an hour during production process,if any unqualified dimension is found,we will stop the machining at once,checking the problem and fix it before start again,all parts produced during this step will be 100% inspected,defected parts will be scrapped if they can't be reworked.If the parts are requested surface finish,100% inspection will be applied to the critical dimensions.
The instruments we have equipped for high precision consistency include:caliper,micrometer,digital altimeter,dial indicators,microscopes,roughness testers,hardness testers,thread gauges,pin gauges,plug gauges,profile projectors and CMM.And these instruments will be calibrated every month to ensure accuracy.
Our QC staffs has been well trained for kinds of technical knowdges,including tolerance standards and how to operate the instruments correctly,they also have growed out a rigorous habit to treat every dimension carefully during every step,they know that quality is the soul of our company,It's our core competency to stand out from our peers,It is our gurantee to our customers.They has been continually doing very well no matter it is a new project or repetitive orders,which has won our customers' trust and appreciation.We will keep doing great work to make sure our customers receive 100% qualified products.
