FAQ for starting a order
How to start a RFQ wtih wharbo precision?
1.Please send us your drawings with formats like:DWG,IGS,STP,DXF, SOLID WORKS, PDF DOCUMENTS
2.Tell us the material and surface finish for each part
3.Advise us the quantity of each part you'd like to quote
4.Tell us if any special process or packing is required
What is the lead time for new projects?
For prototype,we can complete it in one week,for mass production,about 20-35 days,depending on the complexity and quantity of the parts.
What is the shipping way for orders?
It's up to customers,If the quantity and weight is not big,we recommend shipping parts by international express like Fedex,DHL,UPS,When the weight and volume is enough big,it can consider to ship by air and sea.
How can you keep our property confidential?
We can sign a NDA with you before startting the RFQ,We will never expose or spread it to any third party
What is the payment terms of wharbo precision?
We can accept payment by T/T,paypal and west union,50% deposit is paid before production,balance should be paid before shipment
